Dr. Anna Hébert grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. They attended University of South Florida, earning a degree in animal biology. They also worked as a veterinary technician for 2 years during their college years. They went on to receive their Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 2026. While in school, they were an officer for the diagnostic imaging club and the vice president of the food animal club. In addition to earning their doctorate, they also earned a Certificate in Food Animal Veterinary Medicine through the University of Florida and the Cat Friendly Veterinarian Certificate through the Feline Veterinary Medical Association.
Florida was much too hot for Dr. Hébert, so they decided to move to a colder area. Easily, they fell in love with Washington. Their special interests in veterinary medicine include preventative medicine, integrative medicine, and ultrasonography. They have a soft spot for farm animals, especially sheep, goats, and chickens. When not in the clinic, you could find Dr. Hébert rock climbing, thrifting, or enjoying a good book at a local cafe.
